“Being the ‘best you can be’ is really only possible when you are deeply connected to another.”

- Sue Johnson

My Approach

I’ve always felt a deep calling to help and support others. I find nothing more rewarding than helping someone make a life-changing breakthrough.

That feeling is what led me to become a therapist. I help clients begin to heal, find connection or clarity, and take a step closer to the life they want. Therapy is more than just overcoming struggles; it’s about curiosity, personal growth, emotional well-being, and building resilience for lasting change.

I often think of Fred Rogers’ words: “In times of crisis, look for the helpers.” That’s where I feel I belong. My mission is to provide a safe, supportive space where people can navigate life’s challenges, strengthen their mental health, and thrive.

I use a compassionate, trauma-informed, person-centered approach that strives to see the humanity in every client. I strive to help people understand and reframe the challenges they may be facing and help them define a new way to see themselves and their lives.

Helping others heal isn’t just my profession—it’s who I am. If you’re ready to take the next step in your journey, let’s connect. I’d love to help you find clarity, confidence, and the tools to move forward.
